KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell and promote BAKE and TOP products within the Nairobi market.
Achieve monthly sales targets and coverage plans.
Identify and onboard new customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Submit basic sales and collection reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 4 years’ sales experience (FMCG preferred).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
