Job Summary

The Sales Person will be responsible for promoting the business's products and services, engaging with customers, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers professionally.
• Promote products, services, special offers, and promotions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process customer orders accurately.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and potential sales.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Ideal Candidate
