Job Summary
Sales Representatives will promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and other clients while building and maintaining strong customer relationships across assigned territories.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to targeted clients
- Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Submit timely sales reports and client feedback
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum KCSE / Form 4; Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
- Proven track record in sales (pharmaceutical experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Valid motorcycle/driving license is an added advantage
