ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Representative will promote and sell the Company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities, pharmacies, hospitals, and clients while building and maintaining strong customer relationships across assigned territories.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to targeted clients and healthcare providers
- Achieve and exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key accounts and new clients
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and territory mapping
- Submit accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and after-sales service
- Represent the Company professionally, ethically, and in line with PPB regulations
- Attend product training, sales meetings, and company events as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum KCSE / Form 4 - Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven track record in sales — pharmaceutical sales experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid motorcycle or driving licence is a strong added advantage
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office required
