Sales and Targets Achievement

  • Meet volume and revenue targets across assigned outlets
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and pricing compliance
  • Execute promotions, activations, and merchandising strategies
  • Use data insights to influence customer strategies and drive growth
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Conduct market visits to assess competitor activity
    • Provide sales forecasts and territory reports
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Share new ideas to improve sales processes and team effectiveness
  • Identify and act on business opportunities based on market feedback
  • Additional Initiatives:
    • Test and implement new sales techniques
    • Provide feedback on product performance

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Maintain accurate customer data using Sales Force Automation tools
  • Act as a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Additional Duties:
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly
    • Conduct business reviews with key accounts
