Sales and Targets Achievement
- Meet volume and revenue targets across assigned outlets
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and pricing compliance
- Execute promotions, activations, and merchandising strategies
- Use data insights to influence customer strategies and drive growth
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct market visits to assess competitor activity
- Provide sales forecasts and territory reports
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Share new ideas to improve sales processes and team effectiveness
- Identify and act on business opportunities based on market feedback
- Additional Initiatives:
- Test and implement new sales techniques
- Provide feedback on product performance
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
- Maintain accurate customer data using Sales Force Automation tools
- Act as a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Additional Duties:
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Conduct business reviews with key accounts
