About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing startup where your input directly impacts business growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue through innovative logistics and fulfilment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients — SMEs, e- commerce businesses, retailers, and corporates
- Promote delivery and fulfilment solutions to prospective clients
- Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless first experience
- Build and maintain long- term client relationships
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Conduct field visits across key Nairobi business areas
- Provide market insights and competitor feedback
- Follow up on leads and drive client retention

What We're Looking For

- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven 2- 3 years of sales experience (logistics/courier experience is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self- driven, target- oriented, and resilient
- Comfortable with fieldwork and direct client engagement
- Good knowledge of the Nairobi business landscape
