QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/ Diploma in sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the automotive, logistics, transport, or car rental industry(Mandatory).
• Proven track record of achieving sales target.
• Must be a valid driver's license holder with practical driving experience.
• Strong understanding in vehicle types, maintance basics, and rental operations.
• Proficiency inMS Office applications and CRM tools.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Base retainer: KES 25,000
• Commission structure available based on performance.
• Fieldwork required (client visits, corporate pitches, vehicle deliveries).
• Occasional weekend or after-hours availability depending on customer needs.
