Role & Purpose
Convert every enquiry into a paying, satisfied and returning client, delivering our promise of beautiful curtains in 3-5 days from the very first interaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all incoming enquiries
- Convert leads into paid visits and sales
- Upsell and maximise order value
- Drive deposits and full payment collection
- Follow up for repeat and referral business
- Track and report sales performance
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or online selling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable selling via WhatsApp, phone, and social media
- Results-driven with strong follow-up discipline
- Confident handling payments and objections
- Organised and data-aware (CRM experience is an advantage)
