Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate room bookings, events, and banqueting sales by targeting international business networks, trade delegations, and specialized corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key destination management companies, specialized travel agencies, and international corporate accounts.
  • Design and execute tailored hospitality sales packages that align with the cultural, dietary, and hospitality preferences of international high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct site inspections, present venue capabilities, and negotiate high-value accommodation and event contracts to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Coordinate closely with the food & beverage and banqueting teams to ensure seamless execution of culturally specific events and conferences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities within niche international corporate and leisure travel segments.

Requirements

  • Deep, native-level understanding of South Asian corporate structures, cultural nuances, business etiquette, and hospitality expectations.(Indian descent)
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the hospitality industry, with a track record of handling international corporate accounts or high-end leisure markets.
  • Full professional fluency in Hindi or other major South Asian languages to effectively communicate and negotiate with targeted international client portfolios.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
