JOB DETAILS:
Background
Cossim Ltd is seeking talented and motivated Sales Representatives to promote and grow our parcel delivery services. We are looking for individuals with natural sales ability, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Growth
Identify potential clients who require parcel delivery services.
Pitch and close delivery contracts, daily orders, and scheduled pickups.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
2. Business Development
Scout and onboard SMEs, online sellers, shops, corporates, and individuals needing reliable delivery.
Promote same-day delivery, express delivery, and scheduled delivery services.
Build and maintain a client pipeline.
3. Client Acquisition & Retention
Conduct client visits, calls, and demonstrations of the parcel delivery process.
Provide excellent customer relationship management.
Follow up on existing clients to secure repeat business.
4. Coordination & Order Processing
Collect order details and share them with the operations/logistics team.
Ensure smooth pickup and delivery of parcels.
Offer updates to clients on delivery status when necessary.
5. Reporting
Submit daily leads, conversions, and sales reports.
Maintain accurate customer data and transaction records.
Share market feedback and competitor insights.
Qualifications & Talents Needed:
Recruitment is talent-based, focusing on the ability to sell, persuade, and close deals.
Preferred Qualities:
Strong natural selling ability and confidence
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Nairobi CBD and surrounding markets
Experience in delivery/logistics sales is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and deliver results
High integrity and professionalism
Goal-driven, energetic, and well-organized
