POSITION: SALES RIDER
Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of customer items, maintaining vehicle standards, and providing top-tier service on the road.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of dry cleaning items.
- Handle customer garments with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning delivery vehicle.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at all touchpoints.
- Promote, up-sell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lift, carry heavy items, and remain active for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
