Role summary

The Sales Supervisor will drive sales by managing distributor performance and handling assigned customers. The role involves achieving targets, conducting trade audits, supervising merchandisers, and ensuring strong product visibility. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets
• Proven experience working with distributors
• Skilled in trade audits and managing merchandisers for visibility & availability
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
