Role Summary

The Sales Support Lead will be responsible for overseeing and improving all support functions related to field sales, dealer operations, and customer acquisition. You’ll ensure smooth operations across sales channels, enabling sales teams to focus on functioning efficiently, while you manage the back-end support, tools, and processes required for scale and efficiency. 

Manage a team of sales support officers to provide timely and effective assistance to the sales team Coordinate the onboarding of new dealers, agents and promoters via registration and account creation in the Mogo systems (ERP & Partner Portal) Act as first line support for the dealers, agents and promoters to triage issues and escalate as required Ensure accurate documentation and validation of dealer, agent & promoter data Standardize and document operational procedures for sales support functions. Provide daily/weekly report on sales support team performance Train and onboard new sales support staff and field agents on company tools, processes, and service expectations Execute all other tasks assigned by line manager efficiently
Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Fluency in English and Swahili
3+ years’ experience in sales support, field operations, or customer onboarding – preferably in a telecom, fintech, or device financing company Strong team leadership and people management skills Experience with Mogo ERP and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
