Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming leads from phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
• Capture and track customer enquiries in the CRM system.
• Send quotations and conduct follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Track lead progress from enquiry - quotation - deposit - fabrication - installation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or lead management.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
