Recruit, properly onboard and retain quality direct sales agents. Ensure recruited agents are well trained (understands MOGO products, know how to submit leads). https://www.mogo.co.ke/partners Ensure agents have all necessary tools to perform their duties efficiently & effectively. (Business cards, fliers, T-shirts, etc). Managing assigned network of agents/institutions (relationship building; motivating agents to issue more; sharing results on any agent competitions we have; calling/reactivating dormant agents). Acting as main contact point for agents for general enquires regarding Mogo, training, materials, motivation, commissions, etc. Design activation calendar for sales and marketing and ensure its duly followed. Example: Door to door visit to institutions & government offices. Generate; Daily, weekly and monthly sales agents’ targets. Collecting (and submitting!) quality leads from the field that convert to sales Aligning the marketing message (selling points) with each member of the team and employers product champions Searching and onboarding new institutions + building great relationship with partner institutions. Train partner institutions on how make applications and more about Check-Off products. Evaluate market trends, gather competitor information, identifies trends that affects future growth of check-off loans. Provide feedback from the field to management
Business Development/ Field sales experience. Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative problem-solving abilities in mitigating compliance risks. Ability to uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
Educational Background: A Diploma or bachelor’s degree Economics/Commerce or a related field from a recognized university. ·Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience working with checkoff loans, either in sales or Business Development.
