- Lead and mentor a team of sales agents. - Drive sales of solar-powered irrigation and energy solutions. - Inspire and motivate field teams to reach growth targets

Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team towards achieving objectives. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team, customers, and other departments. Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and product knowledge. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform decisions. Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying and resolving challenges, especially complex customer issues.
