About the Role
Uliza Group is seeking a creative and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Executive to support the growth of Uliza Agency and Uliza Links Media.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, media, branding, advertising, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new agency and media clients
- Create leads independently through networking and outreach
- Pitch digital marketing and media solutions to businesses
- Build partnerships and business networks
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media
- Follow up on leads and convert them into paying clients
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Work closely with the media and creative teams
- Meet monthly sales targets and reporting requirements
- Update CRM systems and maintain proper lead tracking
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication or Business
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Experience working with KPIs and performance targets
- Experience working with a Sales CRM, especially Zoho CRM
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Ability to prepare professional proposals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in agency or media sales is an added advantage
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability

- Confirmation into probation will depend on performance during assessment
