About Our Client:
A well-established and fast-growing recruitment and talent solutions firm are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth in recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and HR advisory services. This internship offers practical exposure to selling CV services and recruitment solutions, while equipping you with the skills to build sales pipelines, close deals, and communicate effectively with clients.
Role Purpose:
To support sales growth by driving outreach, lead generation, and client engagement for CV packages and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell CV packages to individual job seekers through structured outreach.
- Identify and qualify leads for recruitment services using databases, LinkedIn, and events.
- Assist in developing sales decks, proposals, and tailored service offers.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets for CV and recruitment services.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and report activity in CRM (Zoho).
Collaboration Points:
- Work with recruiters to align on service positioning and candidate sales pitches.
- Coordinate with marketing on promotional campaigns and client materials.
- Share client feedback to improve services and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate pursuing a career in sales and business development within the HR services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and manage deadlines effectively.
