• Support sales activities and follow up on leads
• Respond to customer inquiries and bookings
• Assist in marketing campaigns and social media management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Tourism or related field
• 1-2 years' experience in sales, marketing or customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
• Experience in social media management is an added advantage
