Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer patronage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Promote the lounge's products, services, and events.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare sales reports and customer feedback reports.
• Represent the company at networking events and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales or marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
