JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on market trends, potential customers, and competitor data. 

• Analyze market data and customer behavior to inform strategies. 

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels. 

• Help develop marketing materials like social media posts, brochures, and emails. 

• Support the planning and organization of events and promotions. 

• Assist with lead generation through prospecting and qualifying leads. 

• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to potential clients.

• Help maintain and update customer and prospect databases.

• Support the creation of sales presentations and proposals. 

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the sales and marketing teams. 

• Attend meetings, observe sales calls, and participate in brainstorming sessions.

• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records of marketing activities. 

• Attend training sessions and workshops to build skills. 

• Observe and learn about the company's products, services, and sales processes. 

Qualifications

Education 

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

Skills

• A strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. 
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. 
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a willingness to take instruction and work independently. 
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.
