JOB DETAILS:
DMC based in Nairobi, is looking for energetic, result- driven characters capable of offering leadership in a changing environment.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be in charge of the Domestic Market. Sufficient experience in domestic/local tourism sales and outbound tours is pivotal. He / She will majorly deal with family holidays, groups for Incentives; Team building, Meetings 81 conferences [MICE]. The suitable candidate MUST have worked in a busy Tours &Travel company at the same position for a period not less than 03 years.

Applicants must be holders of at least a Degree I Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized Institution and will have to demonstrate creativity, drive, decisiveness, good negotiating skills, and with ability to create excellent rapport with clients and colleagues. He /She must have the ability to create and lead a team that will deliver. Computer literacy and online marketing systems knowledge will be an added advantage. They must be presentable and with excellent oral communication skills.
