JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue and brand awareness for the new hotel. You will be responsible for developing and executing the pre-opening sales and marketing plan, building relationships with key clients, and establishing the property as a leading hospitality landmark in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the pre- and post-opening phases.
- Identify and secure corporate accounts, travel agents, and other key market segments for the serviced apartments and meeting rooms.
- Manage the hotel's brand presence, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in a 5-star hotel or luxury serviced apartment complex.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable, with a strong network in the Nairobi market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and revenue management principles.
