We are seeking passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representatives to join The International Scholars Program. The ideal candidates will have a strong passion for sales, marketing, and student engagement, with the ability to connect with prospective students, promote our programs, and inspire individuals to pursue higher education opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote study abroad programs to prospective students and parents.
• Develop and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Meet monthly enrollment and lead generation targets.
• Maintain and manage a database of prospective students while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and other stakeholders.
• Represent The International Scholars Program at recruitment events, exhibitions, and outreach activities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for international education and helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
