Responsibilities or duties

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets. The specialist will also conduct sales training, deliver product presentations, and contribute to the growth of Decimal Capital Ltd through innovative marketing initiatives.

Qualifications or requirements

Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with demonstrable experience in selling personal unsecured loans

Customer Service and Communication abilities to foster positive client relationships and handle inquiries professionally

Knowledge and proficiency in digital sales and marketing preferably with a short course certifications in social media optimization will be an added advantage

Proficiency in Training and delivering product or service presentations

Detail-oriented and goal-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of financial services and credit markets is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
