SALES AND MARKETING TEAM LEADER

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Sales & Marketing Team Leader to promote our hospitality services, increase market share, lead strategic sales campaigns, and deliver outstanding customer engagement that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Sales and Marketing team.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in sales and marketing.
• Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
