Sales & Promotion Team
Job Summary
The Sales & Promotion Team will promote company products, generate sales, acquire customers, and increase product visibility and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to customers and outlets.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market insights.
- Maintain accurate sales and activity records.
- Participate in campaigns, activations, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous sales or promotional experience, particularly in FMCG, is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
