Job Description

Role Overview 

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Administrators & Developers to join our dynamic technology team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud environments, building declarative and programmatic solutions, and driving automation to enhance business operations. 

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement scalable CRM solutions, manage data integrity, and ensure secure, compliant Salesforce environments. 

Experience Level: 5+ years in Data Engineering | 3+ years in Domain Expertise

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Configure and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings. 

• Design and implement declarative solutions such as Flows, Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and Record Types. 

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components to meet business requirements. 

• Manage data migration, cleansing, and integration across Salesforce and external systems. 

• Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and workflows for data visibility and decision support. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

• Ensure system security, compliance, and data governance align with industry and regulatory standards. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction. 

• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices, recommending enhancements for scalability and performance. 

 

Requirements 

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer. 

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, automation, and customization. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools - Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes. 

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC). 

• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing and visibility rules, and security best practices. 

• Strong data management experience - data import/export, cleansing, and deduplication. 

• Ability to design scalable solutions using declarative tools before leveraging code. 

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer) are a strong advantage. 

• Proven record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects successfully (preferred).
