The School Driver shall be responsible for safely transporting learners to and from school, educational trips, and other authorized activities, while upholding the highest standards of safety, punctuality, and professionalism.

Job Description

  • Operate school buses or other vehicles in a safe and lawful manner in accordance with traffic rules and school transport policies.
  • Ensure the safety of all learners at all times.
  • Ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.
  • Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate authorities.
  • Strictly adhere to established pick-up and drop-off schedules.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Valid driving license class B, C, C1, D1, D2 and renewal Institution Driver licence.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Minimum KCSE
  • Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Mature female drivers are encouraged to apply.
