Developing and reviewing menu;

Supervising food preparation and production;

Maintaining stock items for food production;

Receiving fresh produce as per specifications;

Forecasting food production needs;

Maintaining food production records;

Taking stock of the food stores; and

Supervising kitchen assistants

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Training in catering/ hospitality preferred

Institutional/ Large-scale cooking experience is an advantage

Certificate of medical examination in line with the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substance Act;

Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
