Role Description

Our client, a reputable secondary school in Nairobi, invites applications from experienced educational leaders to partner with the Principal in driving academic excellence and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a Management course from a recognized institution.
  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Education will be an added advantage.
  • Must be TSC registered and computer literate.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ teaching experience in a high school, with at least five (5) years in a private school.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience serving as a Deputy Principal.
  • Demonstrated record of high academic achievement as a key performance indicator.
  • Must provide evidence of subject performance and trend analysis.
  • Strong understanding of CBC and IGCSE curricula.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and managerial skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, with excellent oral and written English
