JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to learners and staff.
- Maintain accurate medical records and health reports.
- Monitor learner health and manage medical emergencies.
- Administer medication in accordance with school policies and parental consent.
- Conduct routine health checks and maintain the school clinic.
- Support health education, hygiene, and wellness programs.
- Liaise with parents, hospitals, and healthcare providers when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child protection requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered and licensed by the relevant professional body.
- Minimum of 3 years\' experience, preferably in a school, pediatric, or community health setting.
- Knowledge of child health and safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
