Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other official documents.
  • Receive, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and employee records, both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics where required.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of Management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Ensure timely handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
