Key Responsibilities

  • Continuous monitoring of the company’s CCTV surveillance systems and security alarm equipment.
  • Closely observe live GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle movements, routes, and schedules.
  • Respond promptly to all security and fleet system alerts (like route deviations, unauthorized stops, or speeding).
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on all incidents, activities, and equipment status.
  • Maintain clear and detailed daily activity logs and occurrence books.
  • Perform routine system checks and first-line troubleshooting for monitoring equipment.
  • Liaise and coordinate with field security teams, drivers, and emergency services when necessary.
  • Ensure full compliance with all company security protocols and government regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, ICT, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
  • Candidates with proven equivalent experience in a Control Room or Security Operations Centre (SOC) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Must be computer literate and able to work with monitoring software (CCTV, GPS tracking).
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent observation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Good communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
  • Must be willing and available to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
