Almasi Beverages Ltd is the holding company of Almasi Bottlers Ltd and deals with manufacturing and distribution of the Coca—Cola range of beverages which include, carbonated soft drinks (Soda), Minute Maid juices and VAD, Dasani and Keringet waters and Energy drinks such as Monster 8

ABL/HR/JAD-008/18: SECURITY OFFICER

Based in Kisii, Nyeri or Eldoret and reporting to the Human Resource & administration Manager. The role will be responsible for monitoring the security operations in the company. it implements security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and ensures that the environment in their organization is safe for employers and visitors and that the company's assets are secure. The role establishes, maintains, monitors and improves the access control of all people entering and leaving the company premises. it keeps track of different events and occurrences, Implements and maintains security protocols, creates emergency response procedures, Conducts security evaluations and Supervises security staff both internal and third party suppliers. The role achieves the above by developing, implementing and maintaining state of the art technological security systems in the company.

The Person
We are looking for a person of excellent integrity, apt communicator, highly analytical, proactive, good negotiator, a team player having good knowledge of both urban and rural security environments in Kenya. The successful candidate will possess a minimum Bachelors‘ degree In criminal Justice, public administration or related field. Candidates with specific professional qualifications will stand an advantage. He/she will have experience in security management of not less than 5 years at a senior level. Candidates with experience from the police force and or recognized security organizations will be advantaged. He/she must hold a valid driving license. A clean employment track record is mandatory and will appropriately be verified.
