Job Summary
The Security Officer/Bouncer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and company property by preventing unauthorized access, enforcing venue policies, and responding effectively to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas of the premises.
• Verify guest access and enforce entry policies.
• Conduct security checks when required.
• Maintain order and prevent disturbances.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
• Protect guests, staff, and company property.
• Monitor CCTV systems where applicable.
• Prepare accurate incident and security reports.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certificate in Security Operations or related training.
• Valid security certification or license where applicable.
• Previous experience in hospitality or event security is preferred.
• Excellent observation and conflict resolution skills.
• Physically fit with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
