Job Description & Summary
A career in our Indirect Tax practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.

Our team helps our clients optimise cash flow and reduce risk by managing challenges related to indirect taxes. You’ll support our clients with all aspects of indirect taxation related to global, regional and domestic projects as well as comprehensive restructuring and reporting value added tax projects.

Skills & Competencies
o Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
o Knowledge of tax accounting and taxation i.e. VAT law and best practices
o Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
o Applicants with Law or tax qualification will have an added advantage
o Excellent technical and analytical skills
o Good communication skills, written and oral
o A commitment to team working and delivering great client service
o Good self-organisational and coaching skills
o Resilient and able to work to deadlines
o Ability to work flexibly and through virtual platforms
o A strong interest and understanding of the benefits of technology and innovation
o Ambition and a strong desire to succeed

Minimum years’ experience required
o At least 3 years work experience in a VAT related role
