About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cross-border finance transactions, advise market-leading clients, and collaborate with colleagues across the global DLA Piper network.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate should have 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and strong expertise in:
- Banking and finance transactions
- LMA-style lending
- Structured finance
- Syndicated lending
- Development Finance Institution (DFI) and multilateral finance transactions
- Other complex financing matters
What You’ll Do
- Advise clients on high-profile and complex finance transactions
- Work on cross-border matters across Africa and beyond
- Collaborate with international teams within the DLA Piper network
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
