Responsibilities
As a Senior Biostatician, you will be responsible for:
- Designing statistical analysis plans for research projects.
- Conducting complex statistical analyses using various software packages.
- Interpreting and presenting statistical findings to research teams and stakeholders.
- Providing statistical expertise and guidance to junior researchers.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of data management and analysis.
- Contributing to the development of research protocols and grant proposals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's or PhD degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in statistical analysis for health research.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, SPSS, or Stata.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in biostatistics is required.
