Responsibilities

As a Senior Biostatician, you will be responsible for:

• Designing statistical analysis plans for research projects.
• Conducting complex statistical analyses using various software packages.
• Interpreting and presenting statistical findings to research teams and stakeholders.
• Providing statistical expertise and guidance to junior researchers.
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of data management and analysis.
• Contributing to the development of research protocols and grant proposals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or PhD degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in statistical analysis for health research.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, SPSS, or Stata.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in biostatistics is required.
