About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in providing strategic advice and solutions to clients across various industries. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale digital transformation and enterprise ICT projects.
• Design and implement enterprise digital learning ecosystems and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams across regional assignments.
• Engage with high-level stakeholders, including government institutions, regulators, financial institutions, and development partners.
• Provide strategic advisory services to strengthen institutional capacity in digital learning and ICT systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, ICT, Digital Transformation, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, TOGAF®, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent project management and enterprise architecture certifications.
• At least 15 years of professional experience leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise ICT projects.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise digital learning ecosystems or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and institutional capacity development experience.
• Experience working with government institutions, regulators, financial institutions, development partners, or international organizations will be an added advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
