Lead and mentor: Guide data science roadmaps, mentor junior staff, and drive the technical direction of projects. Develop models: Build, deploy, and maintain advanced machine learning models for tasks like anomaly detection, recommendations, and customer segmentation. Analyze data: Perform in-depth analysis using tools like SQL, Python, and R to find trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate and influence: Work with engineering, product, and other teams to align on strategy and translate data insights into tangible outcomes. Communicate insights: Translate complex analytical results into clear, concise business insights and recommendations for leadership. Innovate and strategize: Develop new data science methods, build business cases, and advocate for changes to improve data infrastructure and metrics. Ensure quality: Maintain a high bar for statistical rigor, guide code reviews, and ensure experiments are designed and conducted correctly.

Technical skills: Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science methodologies. Programming: Proficiency in languages like Python and experience with data analysis tools like SQL. Leadership: Experience leading projects, influencing stakeholders, and mentoring other team members. Communication: Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in a data science-related field.
