Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
  • Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from budget and forecast.
  • Support the development of business cases for new projects and investments.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the finance function.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
