Job Role Context

You will lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and work directly with product and QA. A lot of the interesting work is modernization — a mature payroll engine and a modern cloud stack, being joined together without ever dropping a pay run.

• Real single-page app experience (Angular)
• REST APIs and microservices with Express
• HTML, CSS, SCSS, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Agile
• 8+ years total software experience
• Practical AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot/Claude Code)
• NoSQL or multi-value (PICK) database experience.
