Job Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing all visual aspects of the Healthy U brand and its sub-brands across both traditional and digital channels. This includes Healthy U, Morning Harvest, Live Life Well, and Naturalli.
The role spans brand identity, packaging design, social media content creation, new product development (NPD) creative, and out-of-home (OOH) campaign execution.
The ideal candidate is a highly creative and strategically minded designer with strong branding expertise, exceptional executional ability, and experience working across multi-brand environments in fast-paced commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Multi-Brand Management
Oversee and maintain the visual identity of Healthy U and its sub-brands (Morning Harvest, Live Life Well, and Naturalli).
Ensure consistency in design, tone, and storytelling across all brand touchpoints.
Develop and evolve brand systems that support both retail and FMCG environments.
Social Media & Digital Content Creation
Create engaging, high-quality social media content for Healthy U and all sub-brands.
Develop campaign visuals, reels, animations, and digital storytelling assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and execute always-on and campaign-based content strategies.
Packaging Design & Product Communication
Design and evolve packaging for Healthy U owned brands and product lines.
Ensure packaging aligns with brand positioning, consumer appeal, and retail requirements.
Work closely with product development teams to translate product benefits into clear, compelling visual communication.
New Product Development (NPD)
Support the creative development of new product lines from concept through to launch.
Create visual concepts, mockups, and packaging systems for new product innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, and product development.
Out-of-Home (OOH) & Campaign Execution
Design and execute large-scale OOH campaigns including billboards, in-store branding, and experiential activations.
Translate campaign concepts into high-impact visual executions that drive awareness and footfall.
Ensure all OOH creative aligns with broader integrated marketing campaigns.
General Design & Execution
Create high-quality design across print, digital, in-store, email, and promotional materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to final delivery.
Ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers where required.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment.
Contribute to campaign ideation and creative strategy discussions.
Innovation & Quality Control
Stay current with design trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging digital formats.
Continuously bring fresh, commercially relevant ideas to elevate brand output.
Ensure all final artwork is production-ready and meets technical specifications.
Vendor Coordination
Liaise with printers, production houses, and external creative partners.
Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all printed and produced materials.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in graphic design with a strong multi-channel portfolio. FMCG, retail, or wellness experience is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar) are an advantage.
Strong understanding of social media content creation and digital-first design.
Experience in packaging design and retail/FMCG brand systems is highly desirable.
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate strategy into creative execution.
Excellent attention to detail and visual craft.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Leadership capability and experience mentoring junior designers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
