Background

Ready to shape HR operations in Kenya's vibrant floriculture sector?

Our client, a leading floriculture company, is seeking a detail-driven HR professional to own end-to-end HR operations, from payroll & compliance to employee relations & ESG reporting.

What you'll impact:

• Full employee lifecycle management & HRIS optimization
• Payroll, statutory compliance (NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, NITA) & ESG reporting
• Union relations, grievance handling & workplace safety records
• HR metrics, board reporting & process improvement

Who you are:

1. CHRP certified (required) + Bachelor's in HR/Business
2. 6–8 years progressive HR experience
3. Strong in Kenyan labor laws, payroll coordination & HR systems
4. Experience in floriculture, manufacturing, FMCG or agribusiness preferred

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 72

Level of Education: bachelor degree
