Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Certificate in MCSE/MCITP or CCNA/N+.
- Registration with a relevant professional body.
- Good professional standing.
- Three years’ experience in a relevant field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Developing hardware and software specifications.
- Developing and implementing systems, upgrading software.
- Designing, evaluating, and recommending systems.
- Coding, testing, and implementing programs.
- Maintaining ICT inventory and documentation.
- Implementing and maintaining ICT standards.
- Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment.
- Certifying and configuring ICT equipment.
- Maintaining data protection systems.
- Installing and supporting servers and software.
