Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is a global management consulting firm that helps people make significant improvements to their business performance and realize their most important career goals.

Job Purpose

To own subscriber revenue across all markets by managing telco and distribution partnerships end-to-end, while bringing strong data and content-marketing instincts to how that revenue is grown. This role needs to operate comfortably both inside telco relationships and inside the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Telco & Distribution Partnerships

  • Own all telco relationships at a senior level: weekly check-ins, quarterly evaluations, commercial proposals, and renewal negotiations.
  • Identify and propose new partnership opportunities (telcos, billing partners, platform integrations).

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Set and track revenue targets (subscribers, ARPU, churn) across markets.
  • Know the data well enough to challenge it, not just report it.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, align, and hold accountable regional Marketing & Partnerships managers and Social & Community specialists.

Content & Distribution Strategy

  • Own content and distribution strategy as a revenue lever: What content drives conversion and retention, not just visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide audience, market, and creative input into paid acquisition campaigns run by Growth & Product Operations.
  • Coordinate with Product and Finance on commercial data, reporting, and pricing decisions.
  • Represent the company externally in key commercial conversations alongside the COO and CEO.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Experience

  • Proven track record managing telco or digital distribution partnerships in African markets, including commercial negotiation.
  • Strong analytical fluency: comfortable in GA4 and revenue dashboards, able to draw conclusions from data.
  • Content marketing instinct: understands what drives engagement and conversion, not just brand presence.
  • Experience leading a distributed team with clear targets and minimal hand-holding.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in GA4 and revenue dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Knowledge of subscriber metrics: subscribers, ARPU, churn.

Core Competencies

  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident, credible communicator with senior external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a distributed team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
