Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Communications, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• 5–8 years progressive marketing experience
• Including 3+ years in a managerial role (B2B/technology preferred)
• Proven expertise in integrated marketing, digital channels, and event marketing
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with sales, product, and partner teams
• Knowledge of multi-country/African markets an advantage
• Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics, and automation tools
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, writing, and leadership skills
• Creative, strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making abilities

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and own Kenya Marketing Plan aligned to business and group objectives
• Drive brand positioning, market differentiation, and local competitive intelligence
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets, communications, and partner activities
• Create Kenya-specific content: events, case studies, testimonials, thought leadership
• Plan and run integrated campaigns (digital, social, webinars, events) to generate leads and enable sales
• Collaborate with business development teams on sector-specific tactics
• Lead strategy and execution of events, trade shows, activations, client forums in Kenya
• Oversee internal communications, newsletters, and CSR/sustainability storytelling
• Establish KPIs, track ROI, and present monthly performance dashboards to Group Head of Marketing and Kenya leadership
