Role Purpose

Strengthen the Foundation’s partnerships across Africa by engaging governments, multilateral organizations, and private sector actors to advance health, development, and equity goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead partnership development strategies in Africa.

Build and maintain relationships with governments, NGOs, and private sector partners.

Support program teams with advocacy and resource mobilization.

Represent the Foundation in high‑level forums and negotiations.

Monitor and evaluate partnership outcomes and impact.

Qualifications & Experience

Advanced degree in International Relations, Public Policy, or related field.

Significant experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.

Strong knowledge of African development and health landscapes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.

Experience working with international organizations or foundations preferred.
