Responsibilities
The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of Old Mutual products and services.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Officer or in a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience Needed
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in relationship management within the financial sector.
